The ladies of our club this morning ( Sun ) won the S&D Double Fours at the Finals held at Westlecot against Haydon Wick, with the team of Helen, Yvonne, Cathy, Val, Eve, Jill, Trixie and Maureen.  Well Done !!!!

We beat Haydon Wick in the final of the Swindon and District double fours this morning, by five shots.

===================

Our Ladies are the runner's up of the Swindon and District Women's Bowls Association evening league.

We scored the same number of points i.e. games won and lost as the winners, Purton, but they had a better shot difference than us. Last year we beat Purton into second place by one point.  Three of Purton's players won the triples in the British Isles championships earlier in the year so we were playing against the best!

Swindon and District leagues

Shrivenham finished second in the  women's evening league,

The men finished 3rd in Division One.

=============================

The A team were relegated to Division Four

The B Team were promoted to Division Two

The C Team were promoted to Division Four.

The women's team took 10th place.
